Up for auction is a Prewar Lionel O Gauge No. 616 Flying Yankee train set. The set includes No. 616 powered locomotive, two No. 617 Coaches, a No. 618 Observation and three connection Vestibules. There is no whistle, transformer or track for this train set. All the lights light up in the vestibules (1 bulb missing in 1 vestibule) and observation car. The engine light does light up and the motor tries to go (only have an HO transformer, not powerful enough to run this engine). The drive wheels have some cracks, please check pictures. There is surface rust on all cars and the observation car has a rust hole, please check pictures. Vestibules are in good condition. A great vintage train to restore or add to your collection. Please check our auction for more vintage Lionel and American Flyer trains; we will gladly combine purchases to save on shipping.
