You are bidding on the exact item in the pictures. There is no wire to connect to the track. The Tower is wired with a light in the control room that has a detailed wrap around control desk, see photo. The men spin freely as does the Anemometer and Wind Vane on the roof. Marked Lionel underneath. A great addition to any train layout! The tower is 12" T including the Anemometer and the roof is 5 1/8" square. You receive what you see in the photo. There are no breaks or cracks. The lid of the box does show some fading. Buyer to pay 11.50 shipping
