The engine is used, in mint condition, has about 15 min run time, and was in my sealed display case. I bought this new in 2007, I have the paper the was sent to me from Lionel, when these engines came out, you had one year to mail out the form to receive the Builders Plate, and Certifcate. As you can see in the pics all 3 boxes and legacy chip are included. The Caboose is brand new, never removed from the box. I am selling as a set, and will not break up.
