Lionel Part #261-1 Diecast Steam Loco Frame, Straight, NOS!!! I cannot grade this Excellent...because it is quite dirty, but VG+++ it is! Used on the #261, and other loco numbers. Originally a very CRISP casting job, by Doler-Zink! (see last photo)The photos show the paint issues, and that the underside is much cleaner than the top. The whiteish color is all DIRT, not zinc crust. A quick bath in soap and water will make this part glisten! There are NO attached parts... Just a straight, solid frame to replace your warped or broken one. A classic old piece, to become the foundation of your restoration.
