This is a Pennsylvania F3A single motor diesel and matching non-powered unit. (One powered loco and one dummy.) They have the following features: One Pullmor motor in the powered unit. Four wheel drive. Working headlights and illuminated number plates. Die-cast chassis. Die-cast trucks. Transformer controlled forward-neutral-reverse. Operating die-cast knuckle coupler on the front of each engine. Fixed die-cast couplers on the rear. Authentic "Brunswick Green" paint scheme with metallic gold markings. 27 inches long total. Works on O gauge and O27 track. In the name of full disclosure and for all you Lionel experts out there. This is NOT a dual-motor, eight wheel drive set. What can I say, I wanted a dual-motor chassis for another set of locomotives I was putting together and swapped them with this set. Let's face it, it's from the 1970's, "Fundimensions" era and not a collectors item. It is however a very solid runner with no internal corrosion. The reversing unit does get a little buzzy once in a while and doesn't want to switch sometimes. It self corrects once it's warm but you might want to clean it up so its perfect. Frankly I haven't run this much since I bought it and this problem might just go away with a couple hours of use. I looked up a DIY video on YouTube and its a fairly simple fix but I thought I'd leave that to you read more
