Condition: Bought from a collection...looks like it has paint reacted to the coal has not been run much... at all... looks to be test run if that...That is why such a LOW buy it now...It is a great scale model at a fantastic price DON'T miss out...if it did not have the paint issues I would have $800+ on it...No paint loss...all paper work and bell controller included...
