This Pennsylvania coal tender made by Lionel is without a stamped on number. It has whistle capability, and whistle does turn when activated, but sound needs adjustment because of lack of use. The end of metal coupler that connects to the locomotive has been snapped off (per photo). There are specks of surface rust on its underside, but nothing damaging.
