Lionel Postwar 6560 Crane, 6511 Pipe Car, 6059 Caboose on 6457 frame

These trains cars were made by Lionel in the mid to late 50s. They are made in USA not the cheap reproduction stuff made today in China. They all have the die-cast wheel trucks with operating couplers not the cheaper plastic wheel trucks. The 6511 flatcar it the nicest with no noticable rust to the wheels, wheel trucks, under metal plate, or stacks as pictured. I can only find one box rub in the red paint at the end of the step on the corner of the flat car. As pictured the 6560 crane has a few spots where oxidation is begining on the bottom of the wheel truck and the metal bottom of the crane cab. The lettering is real strong on all except the lettering on the crane cab on one side has worn thin on the "L" at the first of the word Lionel and "US" at the end of the word Bucyus as pictured. The Caboose is the shell of 6059 on the frame of the 6457 caboose that was made up until 1952. This is an upgrade for the 6059 because it never came with all the detail of the ladders on the ends, smoke stack, glass in windows, toolboxes in the center of the underframe, light in the caboose and operating coupler on both ends. The metal frame and wheel trucks of the caboose are in good shape with rust starting on the bottom of one of the wheel trucks as pictured. The shell of the 6059 is like new.
