Lionel Prewar 189 Villa for restoration. I got this 25 years ago and started restoring it, but never finished. Packed away since then. All original parts included except two small upper windows that were lost, but are available from reproduction parts dealers. Roof was stripped. but not refinished or completely reassembled, Light bracket intact. Original Lionel decal still on bottom. Sold as is for restoration only.
