Payment: Payment is expected within seven days of the close of the auction. Payment via Paypal is required. If payment is not received within seven days, the item will be relisted and an Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed. Shipping, Handling, and Insurance: Shipping costs are actual postage plus a reasonable packaging and handling fee to cover time and packaging costs unless otherwise stated. We individually bubble wrap each piece and use boxes large enough to allow for a peanut or bubble wrap cushion on all sides between the box and the item. Our packaging meets or exceeds all carrier recommendations and regulations. Please use the shipping calculator to determine shipping costs to your location. Delta Pawn cares about our environment. We use recycled polystyrene or corn starch biodegradeble shipping peanuts. Our boxes are Cradle to Cradle certified or used boxes that we recycle when possible, as long as the integrity of the box can be assured. We offer a multiple item shipping discount of $4 off standard rates per additional item purchased. This discount is non-negotiable. We generally ship items within 24 to 48 hours of your payment clearing. The actual time varies depending on what day and time your payment clears and how much packaging the item requires. We ship on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Our mail carrier usually comes about 10:30 am CST, so if we receive you payment early Monday morning it may go out within a few hours. If we receive you payment Tuesday after 10:30, it may not go out until Thursday morning. International shipments must be physically carried to the post office and usually take at least 48 hours to get out. If you're in a real hurry to get your purchase, let us know and we'll be happy to rush the shipment. International Bidders: We welcome international bidders on our auctions. However, please email us for a shipping cost estimate before bidding. Keep in mind that international shipping charges are expensive, especially for large items, and factor this cost in your bidding. All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We will not falsify customs documents to reduce these costs.
