This is a Lionel Railroad O Scale Train Set. The engine is a Santa Fe with the number 8512 on the side. On the bottom of the engine it has the name Lionel with the serial number, 8240-45 as shown in the last photo. There are 4 Cars and 1 Caboose. 3 of the cars and the caboose are maked Lionel. One car is maked K-Line. There are 19 Tracks and 1 Cross Track. 9 of the tracks are maked Lionel and 10 tracks are marked K-Line. The cross track is marked Lionel. There are 11 curved tracks and 8 strait tracks and 1 cross track. 2 of the strait tracks measure about 18,3/4 inches long. Also incuded is a Lionel Transformer. Now the engine does work but it is sluggish. It seems the wheels are slipping on the tracks and can't pick up speed. The motor sounds strong but I,m not sure if there is something wrong with it.
