You're getting this fresh estate find from a long-time toy collector: a set of post-war (approximately 1947) Lionel train items with an original Lionel shipping box. All of the cars have original boxes with them. This has not been tested for working condition, but I'll try to describe these items the best that I can, and I have several more photos (eBay only lets me upload 12), so feel free to ask any questions or send me your email if you want more photos .2056 locomotive with the original box. It's in good mechanical condition, and needs a new light in front. All wheels, gears, etc. are still in great shape, with no rust, breaks, etc. anywhere. This engine alone weights 4.5 pounds. 2046W whistling tender. There is some damage to one of the ends, and the top of the car comes off to reveal that the interior parts are still intact. 6462 New York Central Gondola car with 6 wood barrels. Simply in very nice condition with no damage. Looks to have hardly been used and could possibly be NOS (new/old stock). One end of the box has the closure flap missing. 6465 Sunoco 6000-gallon tank car. Very nice condition with no damage to the car or the box. 6456 Lehigh Valley red hopper car. Also in great condition with no damage. One of the end flaps is torn off, but is INCLUDED with the box. 6257 SP Caboose with no damage. Has "Built 9-47" on the side. The box is also in nice condition. 6019 Remote Control track set. Excellent condition. This appears to be NOS (new/old stock) and shows no signs of having ever been used. A 3-light railway signal lamp. There are no bulbs included, but the sockets are good and clean. There are a few spots where the paint is coming off, but no damage anywhere. The wiring terminals are all in good condition, and the wiring is still in place underneath, as well as inside the unit behind each light socket. Stands 6.5" tall. Tower flood/beacon light (I believe No.416). Nice condition with no bends or breaks; just some specks of paint missing. The light sockets are good, and have bulbs. All wiring is intact. Just over 10" tall, to the top of the lights. A pair of matching crossing gates, very similar to the 152 and 252 design, but with different paint scheme and base... could possibly be pre-war. Each one still has a good red multi-faceted eye near the end, and each one still has the swinging rest-arm. The lever on each one works well. The arms are 9" long, and the red metal base of each one is 2.75" square. "Made In USA" is stamped into the metal base of each one. A pair of left and right 1122 (027) remote control direction switches. One of them still has the rotating red/green signal light that moves the track as it should. The other one is missing the signal light, but the track still moves easily. All of the wiring terminals on both, are still in good condition with the nuts. An original Robert Morris O-Gauge real feather tree accessory, with the original box and paperwork. A rare accessory to find in any condition, especially mint in the box. Stands 8" tall. 1033 90W transformer. Appears to be NOS (new/old stock), and shows no signs of being used. Simply in excellent condition, with the original box. An original Lionel shipping box for "Outfit No.1479WS 027 Freight Train with Whistle and Smoke". Could possibly be the original box for this set, but I don't know. Nice condition with no missing or torn flaps. Measures 6.5" x 14" x 15". Overall, simply a great set of Lionel items for any collection. I'll be sure to package the items securely in the shipping box.
