I'm selling my entire and extensive collection of model trains, all of which have been in climate controlled storage for 3 - 4 years. This beautifully detailed PS-1 40' box car from Lionel is now out of production and out of stock. It's from their 2004 Classic Trains, volume 2 catalog. This scale sized Lionel model of the PS-1 box cars, first released in 2002, became an instant "must have" for many O gaugers. Each is defined by a rich array of exquisite, yet durable, detail, including separately applied ladders, opening doors, catwalk, and die-cast metal brake wheel with an attached brake chain. T he level of detail in this car is just incredible! It even comes with a box load. I have only taken it out of the box to take these photos.
