This 1995-56 Lionel Train Set (according to the accompanying manual) was recently “discovered” in thedark recesses of a basement. The boxthat they were stored in showed signs of water being absorbed (probably the moisture from the basement). I have tried to be as accurate as possible in reporting the condition. I did have a someone familiar with Lionel trains examine them, especially the locomotive, and it was his opinion that after cleaning the locomotive would probably operate.
