This listing is for a Lionel KW transformer. it is untested. You can see from the photos that it is missing the knobs for both control arms, the whistle lever, and the fuse light cover. It appears to be in ok shape cosmetically. I do not see any frayed wires or anything like that. Just the missing pieces. However I have not tested it. It is being sold AS-IS, no returns. You can use it for parts, or you can test it, and if it works, but the missing pieces, and have a great transformer. Domestic shipping for this heavy item will be $15.00. Good Luck.
