This is a very rare lithograph of the residence of Emil Scahndein at Grand Ave. & 24th Street in Chicago, IL. The huge Victorian mansion is three sotires high and even includes a fountain outside. The image also contains several well-dressed people milling about outside, and a wooded glade behind the home. The condition is as follows: Good: T appears to be some water damage on the left hand side, nothing serious. No tears, rips, corners quite sharp and edges straight.
