This is the cutest baby toy ever and has been retired by the manufacturer! He has four striped legs and four polka dotted legs that have crinkly material inside. two of the striped legs hold 2 teething rings each and the other two striped legs have ribbons for baby to play with. Two of the polka dotted legs have elastic at the ends so they point up. He has a happy face with a tuft of ribbons on the top of his head. Inside is a rattle! My granddaughter loved this so much as a baby that I bought four of them so we would always have a spare. Now that she is three she has moved on to Minnie Mouse and left Oliver Octopus behind.
