Up for sale is one of the rarest, and most sought after, of the Golden Scratch and Sniff Book series of 15 different books that were published by the Western Publishing Company from 1970-1980. It is titled "Little Monster's Scratch and Sniff Mystery," by very popular author, and illustrator, Mercer Mayer. It was published in 1980. This book has quite a collector's value. It is in very good plus condition with some very light wear on the corners of the cover, and near the spine. The wear is very light and doesn't detract from the artwork on the cover. The inside pages, and 3-M fragrance labels, are in excellent condition. The fragrance labels are near mint after 34 years! All of the labels still hold lots of fragrance and are in outstanding condition which is very unusual for a book this rare. The story is about the evil smell switcher.
