LITTLE TIKES PURPLE TOP DOLLHOUSE LITTLE TIKES PURPLE ROOF DOLLHOUSE WITH EXTRAS UP FOR YOUR BUYING PLEASURE I HAVE THIS REALLY NICE LITTLE TIKES PURPLE ROOF DOLLHOUSE WITH LOTS OF EXTRAS. I have cleaned all the pieces for the dollhouse and the dollhouse in hot soapy bleach water. All pieces are in really nice overall condition for their age, please remember that these items are from the 80's and will have normal wear and tear. There are plenty of photos of each piece so you can see the detail of what you are receiving. Some of the pieces are yellowing and some look really good for being over 20 yrs ol d. The VERY HARD TO FIND Green Mat is included and is in remarkable condition. There is a little spot of white something on it, I did not wash it as this was stored over the years we had it. You can see the spot to the right of the slide in the slide photo. The main item that has a lot of yellowing is the Clubhouse, but the yellowing did not distract the fun play my little one had with it. It is still in really nice condition. I really did not find any major staining, a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser works great on these toys. But I may have missed a stain here or there and please forgive me for that if I did. Oh and I put the slide cube together upside down...lol...you can put it the right way when it arrives as it is now taken apart. I had to take the house apart, I took pictures of it and the winning bidder will get them sent to them in an email if they need them. But honestly it is really simple to put back together, most of it just snaps in place, the trees will need screwing in, but very simple. Now why did I do this, Taking it apart save about Forty dollars in shipping. This set I would say is in Really Nice Overall Condition. You will receive all the items listed below.
