Littlearth Cyclone License Plate Purse - CaliforniaThis is the original license plate purse that started it all! Littlearth finds used and recycled license plates from all around the country! An authentic license plate is wrapped around two 4" chrome hubcaps! 1 license plate is used to create each purse! The shoulder strap is fashioned from a piece of 48" recycled rubber! Each purse features a plush felt lining and an elastic lipstick holder! It also features a bottle cap closure! These are real recycled plates SO every plate is different!
