Custom Setups & Shipping: Due to some recent problems, either by messages, or negative or neutral feedback, I'm asking everyone to read this first before bidding. I do a lot of custom LPS sales. What does custom mean? It means one of two things. Either I have put together elements of LPS that don't come that way new, NIB. Or, custom means I add elements from other toy products or new items I buy from stores such as the ornaments and extras for Christmas sales. The added toy elements come from Fisher Price, Matel, etc. I take really good photos and show everything that you will get. Over the past two years, I've had a lot of happy customers who have loved the sets I have made up. I've also told people that I am one of the cheapest sellers of LPS. I know that because I check! I really don't make much selling pets, but I usually enjoy doing it! I've even lost money on the Christmas sales, but it has made some people very happy!As far as shipping goes, we tell people that buy more than one item that they need to ask us for an invoice. If you let Ebay calculate your shipping, it is likely to be more than it should (we can get a more accurate amount by boxing up all buys in 1 box and then weighing). I've seen that happen with France many times. I've given $5 dollar shipping refunds several times. And yes, I do give people money back if they pay too much, not because they ask me to, but because I believe it is the right thing to do. I do not make money on shipping. Some people think it is just the postage they have to pay for. It's not. I have to buy boxes, envelopes, packing supplies such as tissue paper and bubble wrap, and tape. I pack my items very well so they will arrive in good condition.So if you have read through this and understand what the word "custom" means, and you understand what shipping entails, then go ahead and bid. And if you are a bidder, please pay! Lately I've had a run of people that don't really want to pay! Also, I now give feedback after I have received feedback. This past year I've sold over 1,300 items, but I've only received a small portion of feedbacks in ratio to sales. If I am really working hard getting new sales up or busy packing up winners items to ship quickly, then the feedback will be done after that. So if you don'tat first, give it time because I always do catch up on my feedbacks! Buyers vs. Sellers! New feedback rules and how I will deal with buyers now: 1. I'm a buyer! : Ebay has new feedback rules. These rules are unfair to sellers and are already leading to abuse by buyers. Guess what? I am more of a buyer than a seller. I buy 10 times more than I sell, at least! I have spent thousands as a buyer; I have made hundreds as a seller. I don't sell to be a big seller on Ebay, I sell LPS because I buy and collect them for my granddaugher and I make some money selling pets to help pay for her pets. I buy a great deal of her clothes on Ebay, so that explains the big buying! I have only left a negative to a seller a couple of times. One time was after something I bought never came after two months and the seller wouldn't respond to my asking about it. I really hate to leave any bad feedbacks. The only time we have left negative feedbacks for a buyer is when they have not paid at all and not gotten in touch with us. Almost all of those we have given a negative to already had negatives and are now no longer Ebay members. So those negatives were totally called for and helped to warn other sellers that the person had a habit of bidding and not paying. But now we can't do that. 2. New invoice method : Some buyers have begun to take advantage of this new policy and are giving out negatives and neutrals in happy glee.
