For sale, a Lladro collection in perfect condition purchased in the late90's and early 2000's and was only on display for a matter of weeks. All items are in their original boxes and packaging and come with theLladro assurance certificate. This item "Kitty Confrontation" is of a curious young cat, stalking among some flowers, who has come across a small frog who is unafraid and stands its ground. The cat and frog are gorgeous but as is typical with Lladro, the flowers are delicate and exquisite The colours are beautiful and the glazing unmarked. There are no chips, cracks, breaks or repairs, the item is in perfect condition This figurine was made in 1984. I believe the initial production date was 1983 and the figurine was retired in 1992. The H:8.25" and W: 2.27". The base is marked with the Lladro stamp and serial number: 01442. The sculptor was Juan Huerta. A beautiful piece from the world renowned makers of glazed porcelain figures. Lladro is based in Valencia, Spain and produce hand made, hand painted exquisite pieces and each figurine is the result of a long intense and laborious artistic process. As stated the item was on display in a display cabinet for a matter of weeks and then stored away in its original packaging.
