LLADRO SHEPHERDESS WITH DOG Issued in 1970 Retired in 1990 Sculptor: Julio Fernandez A beautiful early Lladro figurine featuring a tall, slender young woman with a basket of loaf breads hanging from her left arm. The woman bends slightly forward and seems to be giving a hand signal to the adorable puppy at her feet. It is in mint condition with no chips, cracks crazing or repairs. It measures 10-3/4" tall and has a handsome glazed finish. The base has the official Lladro stamp and contains five small felt pads to protect the porcelain.
