This is a great shot of 1906 Locomobile Old 16 racer which was driven to victory in the 1908 Vanderbilt Cup Race by George Robertson. Back of photo rubber stamped "Photo by Brown Brothers". Back of photo also says "please return to Peter Helck". This is a nice big 8 by 10 inch photo that shows George Robertson at the wheel with Glen Ethridge beside him during the 1908 Vanderbilt Cup Race. Nice action shot printed from one of the old Locomobile Co. glass 8 by 10 negatives as can be seen in photo glass had a crack on the right side. Print much better than scan as it was scanned through plastic with some imperfections and eBay notation. Combined shipping on photos. (see photo) Please check my other items.
