Union Passenger Station Tacoma WA 1902 A pair of detailed blueprints created from architect drawings from 1902 depicting the original 116 foot long Concourse Building that spanned the system of tracks and platforms of the Union Passenger Station at 1713 Pacific Avenue, in Tacoma WA.. The Concourse was designed by the St. Paul architect firm of Reed & Stem who w renowned architects in the field of railway station design. It served as a passenger waiting room and observation deck and a vital link in the movement of passengers between the grand domed ticket area at street level and the track platforms below. As the original drawings are a bit aged worn, so do these blueprints appear...great for display as they have much character....Plans each measure 16 x 20 inches and are produced on standard type blueprint paper....261...
