This wooden owl figure hales from The London Owl Company's factory in south London, and was one of the last to leave its doors when it closed 25 years ago. Save for a short period on display, it has lived in a box in my loft. The box is a bit battered, but it did its job in protecting the owl. The box is original and labelled THE GOLFER the London Owl company. The owl is excellent condition (definitely above par !) and its clothes are in perfect order (there is not a hole in one! ) Sporting a matching tartan hat and plus-fours, he is obviously in confident mood, as he looks like he is going to play the entire round with a sand wedge, whilst holding his own umbrella. Last month I sold another owl (dressed in military gear) to a lady in Norfolk, she was pleased with the purchase – this is the last one I have. If you are a collector and have any further questions or would like more photographs do not hesitate to contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you. As with all the items I list I offer a full money back guarantee, that If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase I will refund our money upon return. The owl is 17 inches tall and the main structure is made of wood with feathers read more
