You are bidding on a Longaberger Hostess Only Bicycle Basket Set. The set includes the Bicycle Basket in Heartwood with Soft Aqua plaid weave, a Summer Stripe Over-the-Edge Liner, a Protector and a Bicycle Basket Tie-On. The set has never been used or displayed and is in it's original packaging in mint condition. It has also been in a smoke-free environment. The Longaberger Company offered the Bicycle Basket in the Summer 2006 WishList. The Bicycle Basket was available to Hostess only when they hosted a $250 show. The Bicycle Basket has a lid that is held on with Aqua Leather hoops. It measures 14 1/4 inches long by 11 3/4 inches wide by 8 5/8 inches tall. It's recommended weight use is 12 pounds. It has 3/4 inch weaving. The bottom of the Basket is solid wood and is initialed by the Basketweaver and dated 2006. The Basket comes with a bracket that will allow the Basket to attach to the bicycle securely over the handlebars. A metal clip is on the back of the Basket and t are two holes in the bottom to help align it in the bracket. The leather handles also help to secure the Basket to the bicycle. This is an absolutely gorgeous basket! It is nostalgic and takes you back to an earlier period of time. If you have an antique bicycle, this is the Basket for you!
