This is a NEW with the Orginal Tag, IBA, ACU Vest Cover in size LARGE .. NSN: 8470-0 This NEW Cover has NO INSERTS. The US Gov is not issuing complete vests anymore as the need has been met. They are only using NEW ACU Covers, and the Troops are told to remove the inserts from their Woodland and Desert Vests and use the the ACU covers.
