Up for auction is this lovely looking, fully hallmarked solid sterling silver Victorian 1882 double locket & chain. The locket is beautifully finished with a raised centre / pattern on one side which is surrounded by a lovely period boarder, the other side is plain, a place for engraving the words of your choice. The chain is a good size being just over 22” long, the locket measures 34mm by 26mm by 9.5mm (when closed). This is a wonderful antique 130 year old item in fair / well used condition for its age, with small dings to the rear, which not noticed when the locket is worn all of which are consummate with its age considering it is 130 years old. All of which could be sorted out by any good jeweller or just left as it is!! due to the fact that it is perfectly wearable as it is!!! I have set a very low starting price on this locket & chain with No Reserve!!!!
