This is a two cell setup that shows a good shot of both Samwise and Frodo from Bakshi's Lord of the RIngs. There is no background with the cel but the auction does include two pencil drawings of the characters. Note the two characters seem to be drawn on two separate cels and the paint is slightly stuck together. This is very common with painted cels and I saw no response to separate them.
