"The Lord of the Rings" J R R Tolkien; George Allen and Unwin 1972 second impression on India paper. All of the trilogy in one volume with a fold-out map at the rear. Book and slipcase in good to very good condition with some minor wrinkling of the pages (as India paper is wont to do); 1193 pp with marbled endpapers. I am not a professional bookseller but hope to cut back from some 4,800 volumes. Most are hardback and about half of these are non-fiction with a tendency towards history, the classics, biography and autobiography, the arts, travel and maps, reference, and esoterica. Of the paperbacks, most are science fiction, fantasy, horror, thrillers, crime and detection, and modern novels. All books are in 'good' or better condition unless noted above. I only sell through eBay and Paypal and usually have a list of about 300 items at any one time. Please feel free to check out my other items that are currently on and also my feedback profile.
