I bought a bunch of old automobile magazines at an estate sale and will be listing them in the next few days. This auction is for 28 Rod & Custom magazines from 1953 to 1959, mostly in pretty nice shape. All fully intact. A few of the earliest ones have a good bit of wear, plus a couple others, but the bulk of the lot is in very nice shape. No creasing or tears. Some spine wear. Bright colors. No missing pages. Small pencil number on the covers of many of them. Doesn't detract much. The magazines in the lot include: 1953 (May, July and November); 1954 (March, April and July); 1955 (almost a full run, missing only October; most of these are in very nice shape); 1956 (January, February, March, April, May); 1957 (August and December); 1958 (January); and 1959 (August and October). Overall, a great lot with a terrific low opening bid.See my other auctions. I'm happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases.I ship via media mail because it's the cheapest. It is, however, slow sometimes. Very unpredictable. So if you want it more quickly, I'm willing to ship a different way. Obviously, it'll cost more. Also, please don't blame me if the post office loses the package. I recommend insurance but don't feel like I should require it if you don't want it.
