Up for auction is a small lot of dollhouse miniatures. I thought I had sold the last of my miniatures, but found this last box in the back of the closet. Note: These are NOT TOYS, but are for dollhouse collectors. They are 1:12 scale. I have taken as many photos as I can so that you can see what you would be getting. The items are in very good condition unless I have indicated otherwise. They have been boxed up for a number of years, and have not been cleaned, dusted or otherwise handled. The handcrafted items were purchased at miniature shows in Santa Rosa, CA or Portland, OR. All doors, drawers, etc. are functional, even the smallest drawers. Some of the items were inherited from a friend who was a miniature collector, and the items seem to be of good quality, but I personally cannot say where they came from. If I know about a piece, I will list the information, so if I don't then it means I simply don't know (but I may have an opinion, so don't hesitate to ask me).Please email me with any questions at all before bidding and I will get back to you right away. I am packing very carefully and expect to need to ship in two boxes. I normally don't accept returns, but anyone who deals with miniatures knows that sometimes the glue just dries up and a leg will come off, or you may find a mistake in my descriptions.
