This is made by Mattel and is called Sweet Streets. Some of the houses open up and make two buildings. There are even 3 play mats that help you set up the town. There is a cafe/hotel/boutique, tropical house, dance studio/candy shop, pet shop/beauty shop, school, post office, a carriage, ice cream truck and on and on. There are little people, toys, beds, dressers just too many to mention. Please see the pictures. This is in very good condition. Would make a perfect gift for daughter, grandaughter or niece. These are very expensive as you well know in the stores. Here is you chance to get a huge set for a very reasonable price. This weighs 18 pounds so I will offer parcel post shipping.
