You must contact Ava within 3 days of recieving your purchase. Ava is willing to consider refunds if items are grossy misrepresented, then if refund is indicated it will be in the form of a credit. Each item is unique and made in a different time and place..so quite often vintage is not comparable in size or style than todays items...so make sure that you really want it before you bid!
