These are unused in original boxes. These are more contemporary kits. In this lot you get: 1. 1930 School House (2 of these) 2. Freight Station 3. Emil's Dry Goods 4. Pink Lady Boutique These may have some wear on boxes from storage. Buyer pays $10.00 shipping & handling. Decals on the old kits may be bad. I have no control over this. I am telling you this so you can keep it in mind when you bid. You will more than likely need to get new decals. I am selling this kit AS IS, and will not accept any Returns or Refunds due to what I have no control over. I can not get replacement parts, decals or instructions. On that note, .
