Large lot of over 60 original snapshots, photos and ephemera pertaining to the U.S. Army Air Force 868th Bomb Squadron. These guys were nick-named the "Snoopers" and flew Liberators in the 13th Air Force, in the Pacific over thousands of miles of open sea. This collection came from an old album whose covers had deteriorated and the pages were removed and put between archival paper. The photos are in fantastic condition. They all originated from a bombardier that flew with this squadron. He is pictured numerous times in the photos but I do not know his name. This is a rare offering worthy of further research. It comes from my private collection of AAF photos. Shipping and handling is $9.00. Insurance is $3.20. Payment by PAYPAL ONLY.
