Vintage Lot of 3 Providence Cutlery Co. Knives (1) Stockman 3 Blade knife, (1) Barlow red handle half hawk blade and (1) 2 blade Fishing knife with scaler all 3 marked Prov. Cutlery Co. Prov. RI USA. Stockman knife has black handles with a round shield marked USA, Barlow has red handles and Fishing knife has white handles. These knives were sold in the 70's and 80's at local general stores, Five and Dime, and dept. stores, they were shipped in bulk so there are NO Original Boxes, they were just wrapped in plastic and shipped in bulk or carded to hang at cash register, I can remember these being sold at Ben Franklin stores and local Hardware stores in my area. I purchased several Providence Cutlery Knives from a dealer who had New Old Stock from a buy-out. These knives have not been sharpened, carried or used, however I am listing as used due to storage and handling . Stockman Knife measures app. 3 3/8 inches closed, Barlow app. 3 3/8 inches closed and Fishing knife 4 3/8 closed. Barlow blade seems to sometimes be off center when closing and Fishing knife handles seem a little loose from factory. These were not GREAT quality knives but are GREAT for the Memory and MADE IN USA. THANKS!!! sorry no international shipping!! We ship Monday-Friday usually next day after receiving PayPal Payment!!
