Payment Lot-2 Rural Photos-Family,Home,Barn,Bicycles, Carriages Album Nice lot of two photographs by A.T. Spelman, Payne, Ohio, c. 1890 of a family posed before their nice 2-story Victorian frame home. They are dressed up and it is a multi-generation group, so it is probably Grandpa and Grandma's wedding anniversary. There are two carriages with horses. Behind the picket fence can clearly see two early safety bicycles. The second photograph shows their large wood bank barn plus a carriage. The first photograph measures 6 1/4 X 8 1/4" and the barn photograph measures 5 3/4" X 8 1/4". They are on 8" X 10" buff card mount. One has the photographer's imprint on the reverse. There is no other identification. Possibly somebody in the Payne, Ohio area will recognize this nice homestead. The photographs are overall bright and clear with some dust soil to the mounts.
