Three Vintage early 1950s Vacuum Tube Gold Zenith Royal Hearing Aids sold as a lot. A little research dates these circa 1952.The backs of all three of these say "Zenith Royal, The Royalty of Hearing."The Zenith Royal vacuum tube hearing aid was manufactured by the Hearing Aid Division of the Zenith Radio Corporation of Chicago, IL beginning in October, 1952.Two of these are the Zenith Royal Model with Phone Magnet. "Phone magnet" is the term used at the time for the T-coil. This Zenith Royal Model was identical to the Zenith Royal with one exception. It had a t-coil, while the Royal didn't. You can see the t-coil below the "ZENITH" name on the lower front. The t-coil was called a "phone magnet" in those days.One is in very nice condition. The other is quite scuffed and I'm considering this one as a bonus throw-in.The third is a Zenith hearing aid that also says "Zenith Royal, the Royalty of Hearing." and is also in very nice condition.All three have earphones attached. I have no idea if the earphones are original to each model as I bought these in a box at a family estate. The earphones are definitely also quite old.These are being sold in "as is" condition.I have no idea if any of these are in working condition but they sure look cool!
