Lot of two vintage English made lever fill fountain pens with solid gold 14K nibs, in excellent unrestored condition. Brands: Kingswood, Wyvern. These pens are guaranteed not to write unless skillfully restored. They are offered as a collectible only. The Wyvern is the grey/green pearl marble on black (top on photo 1). The nib reads WYVERN/PERFECT PEN/14ct/OSMIRIDIUM and is a broad tip, in good visual condition, that feels smooth to the touch. It is a little off center on the feed, which can be corrected by a skillful recondition. The clip is straight and its plating is in decent condition. The cap band is tight in place and the plating is partly worn off. The barrel reads WYVERN/PERFECT PEN/No. 8/MADE IN ENGLAND . The arrow-pointed fill lever is stuck in place and the filling system must be assumed out of commission. The plastic body needs some light polish to shine again. There are no major scratches and no visible cracks. The Kingswood is the blue/black spaghetti pearl marble. The clip is a three-step design and is firmly in place and straight.
