LORD OF THE RINGS "Fellowship of the Ring" "ELVEN KNIFE OF STRIDER" Also Known as Aragorn Absolutely "Mint" from United Cutlery Number UC1371 with Certificate of Authenticity....... Some Background: It was after the loss of Gandolf, through his sacrifice in the Mines of Moria, that Strider aka Aragorn led the remaining members of the Fellowship to the Lothlorian Elven Sanctuary w Galadriel and Celeborn aided them in their noble cause. It was that Strider/Aragorn received the magnificent handmade Elven knife that is shown in the photographs enclosed.[expertly re-created by United Cutlery].... The knife and its sheath are displayed on a beautiful plaque which is accompanied with the Certificate of Authenticity. The piece has been maintained in a museum environment and is offered today because of the subtle and necessary changes to my private collection. With the advent of my first grandchild, I must now face re-arrangement of my home and my private collection. As you can see by the picture, I have my collection of exceptional UC Pieces displayed on various interior doors of my residence. Just a quick note: I do not have the original box however, I shall package the piece with exceptional care and ship them safely to their new steward....I am willing to ship [within the U.S.] free of charge and insured.
