RT Puzzles Presents puzzle #26 “Love” The painting "Faith, Hope and Charity" was done by Julius Schnorr von Carols in the early 1800's In this image, the German artists depicts his rendition of 1 Corinthians 13:13. This image has the Latin words Fides, Spes and Carita upon it; which translates to Faith, Hope and Charity. In biblical times, Charity was another word used to mean Love. The verse states "And now faith, hope and love abide, these three; and the greatest of these is love." If you believe as I, then you know that perfect love flushes all fear and endures all. 1 Corinthians 13 is known as the Love Chapter, which is why I have titled this puzzle "Love." This puzzle measures approximately 11' diameter circle and has 503 pieces. It has 6 color line cut figurals, 3 of which are complex. The average piece size is that of a dime; few are bigger, many are smaller. As usual, this puzzle has an extremely large amount of color line cutting. The color line cutting along with the small piece sizes makes this an extremly challenging puzzle. This is a tightly cut puzzle for you can pick it up by a corner and little to no pieces fall out. This puzzle will make a great Christmas gift for the hardcore puzzle enthusiast. All RT Puzzles are handcrafted on high quality ¼” 5 ply Baltic Birch plywood. Each piece is individually cut using the finest quality German blades that are only .008” thick. Each piece is then finished and inspected for quality. Please note that we do not use lasers or water jets which are computer guided, but are personally hand cut by us. Each RT Puzzle has unique puzzle pieces in size and shape. We use a variety of “tricks’ to enhance the puzzle’s difficulty and the user’s enjoyment (and frustration level). Each RT Puzzle could contain one, more or all of the following tricks: Split corners, split knobs, false edges, split ear lets, false corners, irregular edges, drop outs and color line cutting (my personal favorite). Once you put together a wooden jigsaw puzzle by RT Puzzles, you will never want to touch the old cardboard puzzles again. Nothing beats the feel of a wooden puzzle or the sound it makes as you drop it into its proper place. Wooden jigsaw puzzles will bring enjoyment for generations. We do not cut “whimsies” or signature pieces into our puzzles because we feel it detracts from the overall puzzle. We do, however, make color line cutting “figurals” from the actual image of the print. The number and type of figurals in each will depend on the individual image used. Each RT Puzzle comes disassembled in a custom “Puzzle Box.” Our “Puzzle Box” is a handcrafted wooden box made exclusively for your RT Puzzle by Circle M boxes. All RT Puzzles and the “Puzzle Box” are crafted for you and your family’s enjoyment for generations. Each puzzle is signed, dated and numbered. As with all traditional puzzle cutters, just like early time cutters, we do not include an image with your puzzle for it enhances your puzzling experience (and frustration level).
