Loveland: Beautiful Old Stock Morrisonite Slab This is a large slab of Morrisonite from the Owyhee Mountains of Eastern Oregon. This jasper has been labled the king of the multi-color jaspers and is one of the porcelain jaspers that take a fabulous polish. The mine site has been closed by the government and a parking lot put over the top so no more of this beautiful material is available for collecting. As best I can tell t is one fracture near the top right. Thickness is 9.42mm and weighs 7.6 oz. A medium flat rate box cost $11.00 to ship and that is the most you pay as long as it fits in the box so have fun shopping. I also use the small flat rate box at $5.50 and will ship the most economicl way possible so have fun shopping.
