Up For Bid: A super Pretty Old Blue & White Biscuit Barrel or cookie jar from England. It looks a lot like a "Flow Blue" to me. It's simply a very beautiful piece with some very pretty crazing to the finish throughout the jar. It is crack and chigger free. It's stamped on the bottom " Losol Ware, Cavendish, Keeling & Co. Ltd, Burslem, England Reg. No. 595146" According to an online service, that's dates it being made in 1912. It's almost 5 1/4" wide at the base and 5 1/4" wide at the top with an almost 5" lid and is 5" tall to the top of the jar and 9" tall at the top of the wicker handle. These make great display pieces in your home. They can accent any room and look super on a small shelf of rack. They even look good on a small table. What an addition this could be to your home or collection!! Please Read the Terms for Payment. Payment is expected in 7 days after the auction closed. Texas Resident's must add 6.75% or sales tax..
