This auction is for a lovey antique French 19th century silk damask textile fragment in a shade of cherry red ground with silvery white, burnt orange, pink, and light chartreuse green. It is in wonderful condition for its age aside from some pinholes/very tiny holes (a couple) that are not really noticeable. It has silk thread wear throughout, but this still does not detract from its beauty. This is being sold "As Is". It measures approximately 20.5" x 17" - 17.5". The textile is not of flimsy weight;it has substance and is suitable for light upholstery work for a chair that does not heavy use or a pillow backing. FLAT-RATE SHIPPING FEE IS $1.25 USA
