This is a lovely antique hallmarked sterling silver three piece teaset comprising of a teapot, sugar bowl and jug. It has the silversmiths mark for James Dixon & Sons and the teapot is hallmarked for Sheffield 1894, the jug is 1896 and the bowl is 1893. The teapot measures 7 1/2" (19 cms) across x 4 1/2" (11 cms) tall to the top of the lid , the jug is 3 1/2" (9 cms) across from handle to tip of spout x 2 1/2" (6.5 cms) tall to the top of the spout and the sugar bowl is 5 1/2" (14 cms) across the top including the handles x 2 3/4" (7 cms) high. All three items are in very good condition with no damage just a few light marks here and there.
