Antique, solid sterling silver charm, beautifully modelled as a monkey set with lovely glittering pastes and tiny cabochon garnet (ruby?) eyes. This is recently unearthed 'new old stock' from an English jewellery company that's been in the business since the 1870's. Never been sold! A wonderful quality, very wearable and highly collectable charm! CONDITION : All original and very, very good. No wear or damage. As new. DEFECTS : None. DATE/MARKS : Around 1900/10. Stmaped 935. DIMENSIONS : 26.5 mm tall excl. rings (1 inch = 25.4 mm). To give an impression of scale, the coin is 19 mm or ¾ of an inch diameter. WEIGHT : Approx. 4.1 grams. our other auctions.
