You are invited to bid on this vintage Art Deco Edward VIII plaster bust c1936 - 1937.This lovely bust is well modeled with the Kings bust on a plinth. He is wearing a smart suit jacket with a shirt and tie and there is real attention to the modeling on his face. It is signed by the artist on the back plinth but I have not been able to make out this signature possibly G.N Mockwood? It measures approx. 6" tall by 3" wide.Generally this bust in fair/good vintage condition. There is some staining, an air bubble on the back of the plinth and a small bubble on top of the head(see photos).A lovely vintage Art Deco Edward VIII plaster bust to add to your collection.
