This auction is for a 1963 silver-age DC comic book THE FLASH #139.This is a low grade comic in poor, but complete, condition. The cover has many bends and creases. The corners at the top and bottom of the spine are abraded and there are small tears where the staples are. On the back cover, some water damage in the upper right corner caused some of the color to wear off. The interior pages are light tan with corners that are rounded and/or chipped. There are several cuts in the first page, the longest one being 2" long in the right margin. Story page 5 has some scribbling in ink in the right margin (please see second scan). The last page also has some scribbling in ink in the margins (please see third scan).The good news is that the interior is complete. This issue's 25-page book length story featured the origin and first appearance of Professor Zoom (The Reverse-Flash).Domestic bidding only on this auction.
